- Only capture and transcribe conversations you are lawfully allowed to.
- Get every consent required by the laws that apply to you and the other participants — in many places all participants must agree before a conversation is recorded or transcribed.
- Do not use the Service to secretly monitor, eavesdrop on, or record people in a way that is unlawful.
2. Respect the rules of the conversation
- Do not use the Service in proctored exams, certifications, or tests, or in any interview, assessment, or meeting where outside assistance is prohibited by the organiser, employer, school, or platform.
- Do not use the Service to impersonate someone else or to misrepresent who is speaking.
3. Unlawful and harmful use
Do not use the Service to:
- break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so;
- harass, threaten, defraud, or discriminate against anyone;
- process content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- process special categories of sensitive data (such as health data) unless you are legally allowed to and have the required consent;
- create spam, scams, or deceptive content.
4. Protecting the Service
Do not:
- share your account, or create multiple accounts to get around usage limits or free-plan allowances;
- bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, usage limits, or billing;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code or prompts of the Service, except where the law expressly allows it;
- scrape, crawl, or access the Service by automated means other than through features we provide;
- resell, sublicense, or offer the Service to others as your own product without our written agreement;
- upload malware or overload our systems or our providers’ systems.
5. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have broken this policy, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close your account, in line with our Terms of Service. Where appropriate, we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
